Automating Communication in the Networked Society: Contexts, Consequences, Critique

At the Annual Conference of the the German Communication Association’s Division “Digital Communication”, which will take place in Berlin on 6 to 8 November 2019 in Berlin, a couple of researchers from our institute will take part with lectures and presentations:

At noon on November 7th, Dr. Stephan Dreyer and Amélie Pia Heldt will speak about "Who is the Speaker when Speech is Automated? – A Multidimensional Approach to Attributing Automated Expressions from a Legal Perspective."

In the afternoon of the same day at 4.30 p.m.,  Dr. Felix Victor Münch, Prof. Dr. Cornelius Puschmann, Ben Thies and Prof. Dr. Axel Bruns will talk about "What Makes a Bot a Bot? Exploring Benign Automation on Twitter."
