As part of the Leibniz initiative "Book a Scientist",
Prof. Dr. Matthias C. Kettemann discusses his research field of freedom of expression on the internet with interested citizens and answers their questions.

In Germany and Europe, a number of legislative projects have recently been presented that are supposed to ensure more transparency in rule-making and enforcement and more responsibility. But can this be used to tackle hate speech and disinformation?
