From 22 April to 15 July 2021, guests from the
HBI, the
Baffi Carefin Center der Universität Bocconi and the
Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) will come together in a total of four online workshops to discuss the role of automated decision-making in and before courts. Each lunchtime session will feature a keynote speaker and one or more discussants addressing the question of the role of courts in effecting social change. The workshops will be held in English.
