The 30-minutes contributions will mainly focus on both days of the event on three developments: news usage via intermediaries, algorithmic structural change & augmented selectivity and algorithms in practice.
A highlight of the symposium is the panel discussion on Friday night concerning "Algorithmen im Wahlkampf – wie stark ist ihr Einfluss? [Algorithms in Election Campaigns - How Much Influence Do They Have?] (Chaired by: Peter Stawowy).
