Leibniz in der Bremischen Bürgerschaft

Katharina Mosene and Jan Rau share findings from their research with the members of the Bremen parliament. They will present two topics:
  • „Polarisierung Online: Eine Gefahr für unseren demokratischen Diskurs? [Polarisation Online: A Threat to our Democratic Discourse?]" (Jan Rau)
  • "Digitale Gewalt" bzw. "Das Internet - eine Diskriminierungstechnologie [Digital Violence" or "The Internet - a Discrimination Technology]" (Katharina Mosene)
About the Event
"Leibniz in der Bremischen Bürgerschaft" gives members of parliament the opportunity to discuss central issues and problems with experts from the scientific community in a personal dialogue. At the same time, they can gain an impression of the diversity of scientific expertise at the Leibniz institutes in the region. The event has taken place annually since 2015. This year it will be held online for the first time.
